Our Returns Policy
At TSKLuxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to return goods under the following conditions.
Cooling-Off Period
If you purchased goods as a result of direct marketing (online), you may return them within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund, without penalty. The goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Goods
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after the applicable return period
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at sales@tskluxe.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (return shipping at customer expense unless item is defective).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
